Our refinance was excellent. We got a great rate and worked it over the holidays. In spite of the "tightness" of the mortgage loan market, it was relatively straight forward to get the loan approved and all the documents completed. Matt and Greg really step up to make their business prosper and this is due to the customer service they provide. The closing with Capital Title was excellent as well. Key points are explained well without getting into the "minutia" of the paperwork. Eve was one of the best closer's I've ever worked with and she's an asset to the overall process. Thank you, Matt, for keeping an eye on our interest rate and calling to point out the advantages of refinancing in this day and age. This speaks volumes about your professionalism.
